Abstract

The pink flamingo has a distribution in different locations in the Yucatan Peninsula. An area that has been diminished by various natural and anthropocentric factors that have modified its original habitat. The biological cycle of this bird is not rigid. since it varies according to the conditions of the environment: in general the courtship and copulation takes place from March to June. hatching from June to August. the chick begins its development from June to September and is incorporated into the adult population from October to December of each year.
